The successful candidate will employ a strategy to influence a safety culture within operations at multiple locations throughout North America. Requirements: • BS degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene or related field. • At least 7 progressive years in Safety, EHS or related field. Key Functions: • Proactively develop the vision, influence the culture and direction of the Safety Program. • Champion root cause analysis • Enhance processes and systems that incorporate risk assessment and management into work flows • Develop, deliver and improve safety training as needed • Ensure t compliance with OSHA. Serve as the company representative on OSHA related matters. • Conduct inspections, audits and data collection to provide management timely reports of program implementation.
